Review:
Muehlhoff and Lewis spend time defining communication and outline how the reader can improve his or her communication competence. They identify the significance of perception towards self and others and how that impacts a person’s communication. The book applies communication concepts to issues faced by Christians. This includes the subject of forgiveness, conflicts that threaten unity, the influence of postmodernism, presenting the Christian worldview through information technology and speaking up for the marginalized in our society. Muehlhoff and Lewis provide insights for students of Communication looking to live out their Christian faith.
