Prayer
Lord God, you have made us to inhabit time and eternity, spirit and matter. Help me to understand this sufficiently so that I give proper place to the physical and to the spiritual. Help me especially, Lord Jesus, to be more concerned and careful about my spiritual health than about my physical well-being, while maintaining a godly balance. I pray in the name of the one who promises life in its fullness, life in wholeness. Amen.
