Review:
Jackson explains the significance of listening and identifies the universal need to be heard. She identifies “lethal listening styles” and challenges the reader to identify which style they relate to most. Jackson provides practical approaches to address these listening styles in order to listen with a clear and receptive mind. This book is a great tool for ministers, church leaders and communication students. It will guide interpersonal relationships to a new level of authentic communication.
