Vice-President for Academic Advancement/Academic Dean
Winebrenner Theological Seminary is seeking to fill the position of Vice-President for Academic Advancement/Academic Dean (to begin on August 1, 2018). As Chief Academic Officer, this person has oversight of the seminary’s academic program, is a member of the President’s executive team, answers directly to the President, and works closely with the President for the advancement of the seminary. The VPAA/Dean leads the faculty in curriculum development and initiating new programs, schedules courses, fosters faculty development, and is responsible for faculty review. This office supervises the registration process and is responsible for approving transfer of credits and certifying that students have completed the academic requirements for graduation. The VPAA/Dean oversees academic records through the Registrar and performs other duties appropriate for a CAO. He or she will have the opportunity to teach on a limited basis and to continue professional development.
